this is by far the worst washer i ever endemic. we lived in rentals and apartments earlier and used washers that cost fraction of what we paid for this i and they worked 100 times better. please save your money and don't buy this. my laundry has a stinky smell after every wash, stains are never cleaned, and worst of all, clothes always come out soaking wet!! samsung, never again!

i purchased a 2 year old dwelling house and the sellers left me their 2 year one-time samsung washer & dryer. they purchased this prepare from best buy along with a 5 year warranty. later on 2 months of use, i contacted best buy and had problems getting them to come look at the washer. i finally paid a repair man and was told information technology would cost $420 to repair this $800 washer. i took it to the dump the next day and bought an electrolux and couldn't be happier. samsung should stick to making tvs. if yous want a cheap washer & dryer, this is the one.

this thing will not concluding! it fails and when trying to go service information technology will price more than a brand new unit. mine stopped mid-bicycle and froze. said it still have hours left on the cycle just blinking. and then i powered it off to reset it - but it would never power back on. it had a full load of towels, gallons of h2o inside. i had to emergency drain information technology, door was stuck locked. and so to prevent the load from staying wet and molding had to pull everything out of the tiny addwash door and wring it out by mitt. repair tech offered to repair it for $795!! this is our 2nd failed samsung washer and 3rd failed samsung appliance. highly practise not recommend.

my family invested alot of money for a premium brand washer. with the anount of mineg apent, yous would recollect that it volition terminal quite a number of years. yet we had this less than 4 years only the machine stopped working. we tried everything to alove the clogged drain and as a final result had to call in an skillful. however since information technology was out of warranty, samsung did not take responsibleness and said it would be iut of pocket. we hired a tech to come and fix it and they stated that it is due to a computer malfunction and would cost over $500 to fix. this is the last product i will always buy from samsung every bit my fridge from them had already brought downwards twice as well

we purchased model wf45k6500av/a2, 3 years ago. almost on queue for the expiry of the warranty, the machine began declining. the repair technician identified multiple cracks in the wiring and said that repairing or replacing the wiring harnesses was non economical. he brash that nosotros buy a new machine. and, he said that these bug were common. we chose to sauter the wires ourselves..... and and so began our journeying of hunting for newly cracked wires that required repair. yesterday, multiple errors showed upward again and we are throwing in the towel. it is going to the dump. essentially, these machines are built to self destruct. don't buy them. we are switching to another brand..... and unfortunately will exist ownership extended warranty

do non buy a samsung washer! after many ub error codes and weeks of troubleshooting the washer would not exercise a high speed spin wheel, afterward some work we found rust on the stator. we ordered a new stator but plant out that the begetting on the back of the tub failed and was leaking, hence the rust on the stator. fixing the stator would only be an expensive and endless cycle of the machine breaking. appliances are meant to last at to the lowest degree longer than this, expecially for what we paid. we practise non overload the washer, ever make sure it'southward leveled and ran calibration multiple times. i have everything samsung (phone, scout, tv's, robot vacuum, etc) due to this i'm considering never buying another samsung product again.

i bought this washer in 2017. for 2 years, it worked perfectly fine. then in 2020, my clothes would end upwardly wet on every other load. in june, everything was however wet after each wash. after watching several youtube videos, i decided to supplant my drain pump motor. it was pretty obvious to me that it was making an excessive amount of noise. after replacing the motor, my wearing apparel would stop up wet on every other wash once more. but i do noticed that the spin bicycle did non achieve the correct speed to dry my apparel. after some more research, i decided to replace my shock absorbers. during the repair, i noticed that the rear shock absorbers were installed upside downward from the factory. and so i unscrewed and reattached them right side up. that finally fixed it.

We moved to a newly constructed house and I had ot leave my old washer and dryer behind. Nosotros idea the samsung would be perfect for our beautiful new laundry room. Male child how wrong we were. 1) Washer does non make clean anywhere almost as effectively equally my one-time one which was 10 years old. Clothes seem dingier afterwards a year of washing in this auto. two) Front "add launder" feature is rather silly. You have to stop the washer full stop earlier using the little front end door, at which time you might as well open the large one. The piddling front door oft smells awful, and I was told by a repair man that we demand to wipe it down after every load. So this great "fourth dimension saving" washer now requires me to open the useless little door and wipe information technology downwardly after every load? 3) No existent control. Do not exist fooled by the buttons - you can't change some of the setting depending on which bike you choose. For example, if you lot want to wash something on extra hot, with low spin - proficient luck finding that setting. Normal won't allow me to get above warm. ?Heavy duty lets me do really hot, simply I can't exercise no spin. I merely want to select the combos I want - not something that someone at Samsung decided was optimal. iv) Leaks constantly ... had service person in as it was constantly triggering our moisture floor alarm. Was told it'south normal that it's just the "overflow" . seriously - normal for a washer to leak? 5) Thought nosotros would use the notify system - nope never use it - never. The only thing I similar about this washer is the little vocal it plays when it's done. (a song which drives my husband batty btw ;)

No laundry earlier holiday, inconvenienced having to go to laundromat and friends houses. Car was under warranty merely 2 months sometime. Used Samsung service and it was a week before someone could fifty-fifty come out. When they did the tech told me up front end he has no parts with him. Did a diagnostic and no mistake codes and machine would spin fine with nix in machine. And so I stood in that location and made him put a few towels in and sure enough machine would not complete a spin bike. Left without even opening the motorcar...came back another week afterwards to supersede the board but that wasn't the issue. It was the wire harness which he claimed must have gotten damaged when the motorcar was delivered. That did the fob and worked fine up until today...same exact problem. Car has not been moved. And now out of warranty. If it'southward that harness again, at that place is a design flaw w/this machine if the wires are getting damaged. I'm waiting to run into what happens. I should just take the loss and become a new motorcar because plain this issue will proceed occurring as I've seen in others complaints. I buy a big forepart load washer considering I have a large family and lots of laundry. All I can wash right now are a few delicates in a low spin or no spin. Useless and big inconvenience right before the holidays.

This Machine does not allow selecting a rinse temperature. I ordinarily launder in hot water just rinse in cold water. The rinse water temperature on this auto is very hot which is non appropriate for some whites, namely underwear. No matter which launder temperature I select, when the rinse cycle activates, the rinse temperature becomes very hot. Secondly, at that place is no drain only feature. I would recommend this production but if the user does not care nearly the rinse temperature, because information technology is a good car otherwise.

We have been unhappy with this item near from 24-hour interval i and if I could return this item, I would. Samsung support has been out to service the item on two separate occasions in the showtime year and has been unable to resolve the issue. The washer continues to make knocking sounds y'all'll hear in the attached video. Information technology is so loud, we tin't hear the tv in our living room when doing a load of laundry!
